- How quickly do you reply?
- Usually within 36 hours, always within 48. By a person, not a bot. If you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder — we do send from a real address.
- What should I include in my brief?
- One paragraph is enough. Tell us the problem, not the spec. We'll ask for everything else we need. The best briefs we've received were under 100 words.
- How do you decide whether to take on a project?
- We look at the problem, the team, and whether we can do meaningful work together. The best fit is usually a focused team with a real challenge, clear stakes, and enough trust to let the process work.
